Apple TV+ will remain the exclusive streaming home of Peanuts through 2030, following a newly extended partnership with WildBrain, Peanuts Worldwide, and Lee Mendelson Film Productions.
The agreement includes the streaming rights to the classic Peanuts specials, along with new original series and specials currently in development. Apple TV+ has hosted the Peanuts library since 2020 and has collaborated on original programming since 2018.

“In this milestone 75th anniversary year, it feels incredibly meaningful to continue our collaboration with our brilliant partners at WildBrain, Peanuts Worldwide and Lee Mendelson,” said Tara Sorensen, head of children’s programming at Apple TV+. “Our commitment, dedication and passion for Peanuts runs deep. These beloved characters and stories hold a timeless significance, resonating with people of all ages across the globe. And we are delighted that the iconic holiday specials will be available for everyone to experience, continuing this time-honored, comforting tradition.”
To mark the 75th anniversary of Peanuts, Apple TV+ will offer limited-time free streaming windows for several holiday specials:
- “It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown” – Free to stream October 18–19
- “A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving” – Free to stream November 15–16
- “A Charlie Brown Christmas” – Free to stream December 13–14
Subscribers can watch these and other titles year-round.
Original programming on Apple TV+ includes The Snoopy Show, Camp Snoopy, Snoopy in Space, and several specials under the Snoopy Presents banner, such as Lucy’s School, To Mom (And Dad), With Love, Welcome Home, Franklin, and One-of-a-Kind Marcie—many of which have received Emmy, Annie, and Humanitas Award nominations.
Apple is also producing a new animated Peanuts feature film, announced in 2023, currently in production.
In addition to its streaming library, Apple TV+ offers Peanuts-themed content across its ecosystem, including animated watch faces on Apple Watch and dynamic screensavers on Apple TV.
