Due to an overwhelming response from Filipino audiences, GMG Productions has officially announced the final extension of the Manila run of the critically acclaimed, Tony Award-winning musical Dear Evan Hansen. The production will now run from September 4 to October 5, 2025, at The Theatre at Solaire.
Carlos Candal, CEO of GMG Productions, stated, “Bringing Dear Evan Hansen to Manila has been a long-awaited moment, and the response has been everything we hoped for and more. We’re happy to announce this final extension so even more audiences can experience the impact of this production.”

This UK touring production is produced by ATG Productions, Gavin Kalin Productions, and Nottingham Playhouse. The musical features a score by Benj Pasek and Justin Paul—the Emmy, Grammy, Tony, and Oscar-winning duo—alongside a book by Steven Levenson. Dear Evan Hansen has received widespread acclaim, winning four Tony Awards including Best Musical, the Olivier Award for Best New Musical, and the Grammy Award for Best Musical Theatre Album.
