Filipino-American founded Cabaret/Concert Production Company, LA TI DO Productions (LTD), will make its international premiere and present A Homecoming Concert on Monday, April 29, 2024 at 7:30PM at 19 East in Sucat, Metro Manila, Philippines.

LTD Co-Founder and Executive Producer, Don Michael Hodreal Mendoza, will host and perform alongside LTD New York City Community Director and concert Co-Producer Lora Nicolas Olaes. The show boasts community favorite Rony Fortich as its inaugural Musical Director and the program features special guests and seasoned international actors Nigel Huckle, Kiara Dario, Laurence Mossman, Ellie Chan, Brad Veitch, Annabelle Rosewarne, David Duketis, Natasha Dumlao, Shannon Cheong, and Louis Stockil. Though the concert is not a Miss Saigon affiliated show, it features several of LA TI DO’s friends from the acclaimed musical.

It will be a different experience unlike most “park and bark” concerts and cabarets they’ve seen so often in the market.

LA TI DO presents A Homecoming Concert

“It’s called a homecoming event because being raised in the United States, this is my Philippines concert performance debut along with several other Filipinos in the cast, so it’s a very special event,” explained Mendoza, who is a Broadway Producer himself and a member of the Hodreal media family being a grandson of Filipino broadcasting pioneer Querubin R. Hodreal, Sr.

LA TI DO started with Mendoza and co-founder and fellow Filipino-American Regie Cabico as just a cabaret in January 2012, and now LTD adds an annual international Manila production alongside its regular programming in the American cities of Washington, DC, New York City, Los Angeles, Pittsburgh, Las Vegas, Austin, and Chicago.

For more than 12 years, LA TI DO produced hundreds of cabarets and concerts, presented more than one thousand artists, collaborated with notable theatre companies, produced on and off Broadway and included Broadway casts and veterans, internationally recognized spoken word artists, and the American national touring casts of The Sound of Music, The King and I, Miss Saigon, and The Band’s Visit on its stages.

Mendoza shares, “LA TI DO’s Manila debut will showcase Broadway and musical theater songs that most people are familiar with.” The repertoire will include “If I Loved You” (Carousel), “Only Us” (Dear Even Hansen), “Satisfied” (Hamilton), “Out There” (Hunchback of Notre Dame), “Beautiful City” (Godspell), and more. He adds, “It will be a different experience unlike most “park and bark” concerts and cabarets they’ve seen so often in the market.”

Tickets will be on sale at the door and online at www.LATIDOProductions.com
