Netflix Philippines’ official Instagram account recently posted the said video as promo for the sequel of “To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before”. In the video, Lana and Noah who play Lara Jean Song Covey and Peter Kavinsky respectively, began by sharing that their Filipino fans are the biggest lovers of love. So the two decided to learn local romance slang to keep up.

The stars of the hit Netflix film were presented three words on big cards (ABANGERS, NBSB, and KILIG) and they both tried to guess what each slang meant. As expected, they looked very cute as they fumbled with the words’ pronunciation and meaning since they were all quite unfamiliar.

Watch the video below to see how they did.

After the initial release of the prequel in August 2018, To All the Boys: P.S. I Still Love You continues the story of Lara Jean, a half-Korean, half-white high school student, as her relationship with Peter, a popular lacrosse player in school deepens. She reunites with John Ambrose McClaren (played by Jordan Fisher), another recipient of one of her old love letters. The film just started streaming on Netflix this February.
