Paramount Home Entertainment has announced home release dates for The Naked Gun, the new installment in the comedy franchise, directed by Akiva Schaffer and starring Liam Neeson.
The film will be available to buy or rent on digital platforms beginning September 2, 2025. Physical editions—including 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and DVD—will be released on November 11, 2025.

Described by Nerdtropolis as “a comedic revelation,” Neeson leads the cast as Lt. Frank Drebin Jr., the son of the original series’ lead. The Naked Gun is referred to as a “fully loaded, gut-busting comedy” by That Hashtag Show, and Collider has called it “one of the funniest movies of the decade.” The film is Certified Fresh™ by Rotten Tomatoes®.
In the film, Police Squad—described as “the elite of the elite”—is once again tasked with saving the world, this time under Drebin Jr.’s leadership. The cast also includes Pamela Anderson, Paul Walter Hauser, Kevin Durand, and Danny Huston.
Consumers who purchase the digital edition will receive access to over an hour of bonus material. The supplemental content includes deleted and extended scenes, outtakes, cast and crew interviews, and mock advertisements.
