On June 20, the streaming platform will premiere a filmed version of the smash-hit stage musical, captured live in 2024 at London’s Theatre Royal Drury Lane. Frozen: The Hit Broadway Musical features classic songs like “Let It Go” and “For the First Time in Forever,” along with 12 new songs written by Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez. The stage adaptation also includes a book by Jennifer Lee, direction by Michael Grandage, and choreography by Rob Ashford.

The story follows royal sisters Elsa and Anna as they face family loss, hidden powers, and an endless winter. When Elsa accidentally freezes their kingdom, Anna sets off on a journey to save her sister—and Arendelle.

Originally premiering on Broadway in 2018 and debuting in London’s West End in 2021, Frozen played its final West End performance in September 2024. Now, following in the footsteps of Hamilton, this stunning stage recording brings the magic home through Disney+.
