On August 21, 2025, Lani Misalucha will return to the spotlight with STILL LANI, a one-night concert at The Theatre at Solaire. Produced by Backstage Entertainment, the show marks the 40th anniversary of a career that has not only endured but evolved—spanning continents, genres, and generations.

Misalucha has become a phenomenal voice in Filipino music. Once recognized as Asia’s Nightingale, she made history as the first Asian artist to headline a Las Vegas showroom, earning the moniker The Siren of the Strip. Today, she carries a title without borders. “Today she is simply The Nightingale, not just in Asia but a global artist whose music knows no borders.”

'Still Lani': A Celebration of Lani Misalucha's 40-Year Legacy

The title STILL LANI speaks to more than longevity. It marks resilience. “Still relevant. Still powerful. Still the voice of a generation.” After personal trials and health challenges, Misalucha’s return is framed not as a comeback, but as a continuation—of voice, spirit, and artistry.

The concert will also look forward, pairing Misalucha with a new generation of artists. Ben&Ben, the country’s most-streamed band; indie-pop duo Leanne & Naara; rising vocalist and award-winning theater Shaira Opsimar; actor and singer Paeng Sudayan; and the acclaimed Ateneo Chamber Singers will all share the stage, bridging eras of Filipino music in one performance.

Maestro Toma Cayabyab, a rising figure in musical direction, will lead the 40-piece Manila Symphony Orchestra. His appointment reflects the producer’s larger mission. “We take risks. We break conventions. We bet on artists and stories that are often underserved, and we bring them to center stage,” says Backstage Entertainment.

STILL LANI is more than a concert. It is a cultural statement—honoring the past, embracing the present, and pointing toward a more inclusive and evolving future for Original Pilipino Music.
