Ed Sheeran has dropped the video for his latest track “A Little More”, and it’s exactly as unhinged as he promised. Reuniting with Rupert Grint for the first time in 14 years, Sheeran brings a chaotic vision to life—fueled by rage, regret, and costume changes.

“14 years later me and @rupertgrint are reunited,” Sheeran wrote on Instagram. “I had this wild idea after writing the song, and thankfully Rupert was up for it. It’s an utterly bonkers video for a very upbeat, fun, but angry song.”

The video for “A Little More” marks their first collaboration since 2011’s Lego House. Back then, Grint played Sheeran’s obsessive fan. This time, the vibe is different—but no less intense. Sheeran doesn’t hold back in the song, with lyrics like “I used to love you / Now every day I hate you just a little more” and “Take all your apologies and put ’em in a bin.”

“I hadn’t worked with @rupertgrint in 14 years since Lego House, so didn’t know if he’d say yes to this idea,” Sheeran said. “But I’m so glad he did. It’s such a fun, bonkers video. Longest video shoot I had ever done at that time, and deffo the most costume changes.”

Directed by Emil Nava, the video matches the chaos of the track itself. Sheeran also shouted out @nathalieemmanuel “for being amazing” and praised Nava “for always bringing my mad ideas to life.”

But the heart of it belongs to Grint. “Rupert, my brother from another mother, thank you for throwing yourself into this, it wouldn’t exist had you said no.”

As Sheeran puts it: “Think this one is gonna be a lot of people’s fav song from Play. Watch out for more stuff coming.” Click here for more stories like this. You may also follow and subscribe to our social media accounts: FacebookYouTubeInstagramTikTokX, and Kumu.
