Japanese singer-songwriter Fujii Kaze is back — and he’s bringing all the feels. The multi-talented artist just released his dreamy new single “Love Like This” via Universal Music Japan/Republic Records. The track puts Kaze’s signature smooth vocals front and center over a warm, soothing melody, offering a fresh taste of his upcoming third studio album, Prema, set to drop September 5.

Reflecting on the inspiration behind the song, Kaze says: “What is the purest form of love? And the supreme bliss it brings? I guess I don’t know it yet, but in this song, I pretended I did.”
Earlier this summer, Kaze made a powerful return with his first new music in three years — the bold lead single “Hachikō,” following his critically acclaimed sophomore album LOVE ALL SERVE ALL. The release created a stir worldwide, especially after more than 10,000 fans showed up to a surprise pop-up event in Bangkok.
“Love Like This” follows on the heels of Kaze’s sold-out European tour, where he lit up stages in Berlin, Paris, and London’s O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire. He also made show-stopping appearances at major international festivals like Denmark’s Roskilde, the Netherlands’ NN North Sea Jazz, and Switzerland’s Montreux Jazz Festival — proving his star power knows no borders.
Up next? Kaze is set to make his Lollapalooza debut in Chicago, fresh off a sold-out official aftershow at the iconic Vic Theatre. His world tour continues through the summer.

The standard CD edition features all nine English-language tracks and comes in a soft tri-fold paper sleeve with a booklet including liner notes and full Japanese lyric translations.
