The original Broadway cast of Hamilton will reunite for a special performance at the 78th Annual Tony Awards on Sunday, June 8, 2025. The reunion celebrates the musical’s 10th anniversary and its lasting impact on theater.
The event will take place at Radio City Music Hall and will be broadcast live on CBS from 8–11 p.m. ET (5–8 p.m. PT). It will also stream live on Paramount+.

Hamilton debuted on Broadway in 2015 and quickly became a cultural milestone. At the 70th Tony Awards, it earned a record-breaking 16 nominations and won 11, including Best Musical, Best Score, Best Actor (Leslie Odom Jr.), and Best Featured Actor (Daveed Diggs). It also received a Grammy Award, an Olivier Award, a Pulitzer Prize for Drama, and a special citation from the Kennedy Center Honors. Most recently, the original cast recording was certified Diamond by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA)—the first Broadway album to receive that honor.
Renée Elise Goldsberry (original Angelica Schuyler) and 2025 Tony nominee Darren Criss will cohost The Tony Awards: Act One, a pre-show streaming free on Pluto TV from 6:40–8:00 p.m. ET.
Hamilton has captivated audiences around the world and continues to expand its global reach. In September 2023, the show made its Asian premiere in Manila, Philippines, where it was met with overwhelming acclaim.
